This amazing brand new serviced accommodation block in the heart of the city centre is the ideal place for your perfect stay in our amazing city. Situated on Renshaw Street it's a couple of minutes walk from the main trainline station Lime Street and no more than 10 minutes to all sights and attractions within the city centre. Furnished and dressed in neutral tones and shades these apartments will give a sense of calm and relaxation for your stay in our bustling city. Beautiful one bedroom apartment featuring a double bed. This large apartment sleeps 2 people very comfortably. The large kitchen, lounge & dining area provides plenty of space for all guests to rest and relax after a busy day of sightseeing or shopping. With a fully fitted and equipped kitchen you can prepare a light snack or a full 3 course dinner with ease. Guests will have access to the whole apartment and access will be via a code and smart locks given for the duration of your stay. Guests will also have access to the large rooftop which is shared with just a few other apartments. There is a public car park directly next to the apartment block which is £10 for 24 hours. The apartments are on Renshaw Street which is just next door to Central Station, Bold Street, Lime Street and many of the citys attractions. Next door to the Apartments is Hardware Coffee + Kitchen which is one of Liverpool's best brunch spots with amazing Coffee, Food, cakes and bakes which opens at 7am and if you show them your booking confirmation you'll get 10% off! Below Hardware is Little Hardware, one of Liverpool's best speak easy bars which has a really cool theme (we won't give to much away but find the rusty wheelbarrow and you'll find them ;)) again if you show these guys your booking confirmation you'll get 10% off! As this apartment is situated in the heart of the city centre if your wanting to shop and sight-see within the city everything is walk-able. However we do have electric scooters and bikes for public rental. UBER and Black Cabs are also a popular choice for getting around the city. If your travelling further afield within Liverpool an all day train/bus ticket would be a good choice and can be purchased either on the bus or at the train stations. 44 Renshaw is a serviced accommodation block of apartments, featuring studios, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. Please note this is a city centre location and the sights, smells and sounds of the city centre are to be expected at times. We are available via messaging, email and phone during our office hours 9am to 6pm 7 days a week outside these hours we will only be available in an emergency.
