We really like to welcome our guests with a cosy home from home feel and love to create spaces where you can relax and enjoy your stay. This homely three bed house in a quiet neighbourhood is close to all the amenities and shops that you could need and is set up with all the facilities you need to feel at home. Save money and cater for your own culinary tastes in the fully equipped kitchen, where you have a proper hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, with all the utensils and workspace you need to rustle up a meal. Relax in the lounge with boardgames or watch Netflix on the TV powered by our fast and free WIFI. If it’s nice weather you can also sit in the garden to relax around the garden table. There is a desk where you can pop up your laptop and do some office work if required. There are three separate bedrooms, two of which are set out as twins and one is a single. There is also a sofa-bed downstairs which is available on request. You are guaranteed a great nights sleep with crisp bedsheets and cosy blankets. The upstairs bathroom has a full sized bath and powerful separate shower as well as fluffy towels. There is also a separate downstairs toilet for your convenience. You can be in charge of your own laundry, as there is a washing machine and a clothes dryer as well as the use of an iron and ironing board. There is a driveway which is reserved for your car or van at no charge, and plenty of additional street parking. There is CCTV at the property which covers your car or van on the driveway and also the front entrance for your comfort. We very much welcome guests who want to stay just for a couple of nights or for a few weeks. For those staying longer than a week, our professional house keeping team will be in bi-weekly by arrangement to clean, and provide fresh linen and towels. The self contained space is fully contained with its own access to the street from the driveway to the back garden, and to the front of the property. We will meet and greet you at the property, or give you very clear instructions of how to enter and secure the property. You will have access to all areas, so please make yourself at home during your stay. If you have any issues we are just a phonecall or message away. Set in a quiet residential area, it is perfect to relax after a leisure day trip or a day at work. Hobbs House Bakery is highly recommended – try their Sherston Loaf for toast. There are lots of local shops and they hold regular mini festivals. Further afield * Chipping Sodbury Golf Course The Kendleshire Golf Club The Players Gold Club * Badminton Horse Trials * The beautiful Cotswolds Only being a 20 minute drive to Bristol & a 30 minute drive to Bath, you may also want to consider these options: Getting to Bristol (Including Bristol Bus Station) * By Bus - 5 minute walk to the Y1 South Glos Lynx which goes straight down the bus lanes to Bristol Bus Station and Bristol city centre every half hour or so. * By Bus Yate Park & Ride – 5 minute Drive to Yate Park & Ride at BS37 5AF * By Train – 5 minute drive to Yate Train Station where you can get to Bristol Parkway station in 10 minutes and Bristol Temple Meads in 20 minutes. * 10 minute drive to Yate Park & Ride at BS 37 5AF which takes you into Bristol. * We are Uber friendly, maximum wait 10 minutes from ordering them. For international guests: * 40 minute drive to Bristol International Airport (round the edge of Bristol, not through any traffic). * A train or bus journey away from the Bristol International Airport flyer bus which goes every half an hour. All adult guests will be required to provide Photographic Identity and Proof of Residential Address before entry to the property. Ellaray Property Ltd Terms & Conditions must also be digitally signed before entry to the property. Guests are advised that there is CCTV at the front and rear of the property as well as a minut monitor.
